Looks like the post was censored. . .let's see, other six-letter CRMs. . .
If you're referring to V/erity and choosing between SugarCRM and V/erity, well. . . V/erity uses an ugly variation of VB and absolutely ties you to a thick client and Windows - or at least it did last time I worked on that CRM (circa 2001).
If you're referring to V/....., well, it's pretty, and it is derived from a very early version SugarCRM, but I looked at both and went with Sugar for my company. We went from barely using it (2.0) to entering every task for every account we're currently dealing with in 4.0.x
We were using it as a glorified contact list in the past but now 4.0 does almost everything we wanted in a CRM.
What features are you looking for? What are your system requirements? Etc.
