I have in-house and on the road sales teams. I have been looking at SugarCRM OS as a possible solution for my company's needs.
One of the needed features however is the ability to be able to easily view the status of our clients/accounts. That is, when last was the client visited? Which clients have not been call on in X days/months etc. What is the schedule for visits for each client (every 2 weeks, every month etc.)
This ability (report) and the relevant filters would allow one to see if customers have fallen between the cracks, are not being visited, are not being visited in a timely fashion, are be visited too often or being visited satisfactorily.
Maybe i have missed something. Can SugarCRM OS do the above? Are their plug-ins that allow these functions?
