Could you please tell me where you have deleted the file?

If you want to recover the deleted records, please read below.

Presently there is no recovery system in sugar. But you can do it directly in database.

Deleted records are generally marked as deleted=1 and will not be deleted permanently. So, if you set deleted=0, you will get the records back.

Thanks for your replied.
Some user deleted a email in sugar and then user want to undelete the email.
How can find the Trash Folder in sugar?
I can see " Empty Trash" When I right click in email but I can find the Trash Folder.
