Why isn't ZuckerReports Installing in Module Loader???

Hi,

I downloaded ZuckerReport for SourceForge a couple of days ago.
Downloaded this file: ZuckerReportsCE_1.10_module

I have been trying to upload it to module loader but the loader freezes up.

Do you know what is happening???

I believe you have to unzip and remove some large directory then rezip and install. The actual steps for this process can be found somewhere in the ZuckerReports project forum on SugarForge. That's where I found the same solution to this issue about a year ago.

I just had the same problem a few days ago.

All went much more smoothly when I found the User's Manual. I could not find the manual on SugarForge, but I did find it on SugarExchange. Just find the Zucker Reports link and look for the download for "Zucker Reports Manual 1.6g.pdf"

In that manual it explains what to do if you get the symptoms you're getting. The pdf is protected, so I can't copy from it, but the basic idea is:

1. Make a copy of the zip file
2. Delete the folder modules/ZuckerReports/jasper from the original zip file
3. Load the module
4. Extract the jasper folder above to the proper install location

After that make sure to also load the demo packs as I couldn't get things showing up until I did.

I was able to proceed with the upload button but it says its not compatible with Sugar5.5

What should do????
