Why Is The Relationship Permanent

Hi All
I am New to Sugar.
1.I want to know Why is the Relationship Permanent.
Can We delete the Relationship Once Created Betn Existing Modules.

2.Can We Delete the users that have been created

As for the why I can't help you, I suppose it's because you lose data. You can delete relations in the sugar/custom directory. Best is to create one relation (on a naked system) and then check what has changed. There are a few places under custom but I always forget them.
Same with users but they are in the db only. Check for the table (guess) - users. There is no referential inegrity check in the Sugar db so you can delete everything. The refences will stay but will create a warning next time you want to save such a record.
