I have a request to force all staff members to archive each and every mail to SugarCRM, 45+ staff members, and relate as many as possible.
The reason being that our managers, while on the road, would like to know what´s going on and know that our customers are being dealt with in a proper manner.
I was just wondering, how will this affect the SugarCRM in terms of
A) Clutter (thousands of emails)
B) Speed (Will this slow down much as the database grows?)
If you have any other solutions, then please share![]()
