Most probably not without manual changes as Pro tables have at least one extra field (team) compared to OS version and most likely other differencies as well.
Similar question was asked from Andrew Whitehead after he released his empolyee directory module, enclosed please see his answer (from this thread http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10449)
Hope this helps

Yes - definately a drawback of the segmented market approach of 'commercial open source'. I guess it is just not a perfect world. If it were possible for more of these modules to become contributions, and therefore become part of the base code, and then assimilated into the Pro and Enterprise builds as well - that would be so much better from so many points of view. But this seems to involve assigning the copyright to SugarCRM for each contribution, so in practice, very few add-on modules have ever become part of the base software. However, they (and their popularity) do influence SugarCRM's development path - and they often build new features which emulate features in prior third party add-ons.
Yeah definitely a drawback. Sugar should watch what the community creates and incorporate everything it can into each new release because with customization costs sugar could become way more expensive than salesforce (which i hate).
Looks like I'll just have to work on my php skills so I don't have to pay people $80/hour to make any changes.
