I have installed this for my company (open source version), wanted to know couple of things …before I make this online

Is it safe if run this on windows server? Since it is an open source CRM or do we install this on linux server? ...
What is the maximum # of users can use this at one time?
in case of WEBTOLEAD_CAPTURE form ...Can we send a email prior to entering into LEAD DATABASE
Am also Looking for team and product module? (open source)
ALSO am looking for a report module, where I can build my own reports
