Firstly I am new to this forum so apologies if I have posted my question in the wrong area.
Please help...our company has just purchased the SugarCRM software and we are migrating from ACT 2011.
The company that is building customised fields has just informed us that MS Office 2010 most likely does not have a plug-in to work with SugarCRM.
Is this correct?
Secondly, as we are a financial services company an important feature for us was to be able to upload all of our word templates and to be able to go into a particular clients record and merge things such as name, address and all features of their portfolio such as investment details, superannuation details and life insurance details.
We have been informed that whilst Sugar has the capability to create email templates that the functionality we are seeking of being able to create and merge complex word templates with clients details held on Suagr....is not possible.
Is this correct?
