At last managed to get my installation of SugarCRM working properly. Have been inputting data and using the email function extensively. It does help a lot in organizing email discussion by projects/contacts.
I know very little in the world of CRM, hence I'm having trouble deciding when should I create a lead or contact, or when should I use an opportunity or should I make it a project right away. And I'm already confused enough of deciding whether to use project task or just task.
I'm hoping somewhere can shed some light in this, as I hope to use it properly in order to capitalize its power.
