Hi all,

I'd like to know what are the possibilities to work simultaneously with different modules (e.g., the user is creating an offer when a customer calls, so it picks up the phone and searches for the customer, then opens an open opportunity linked to him and checks / changes the offer, etc, then he/she returns to the original task he/she was working at before the call). Any tips are greatly appreciated.
