We are using 4.2.1b. when making inputs lithuanian letters are shown wrong. this is the basic installation with provided patch, system language (english). Sometimes letters are shown correctly sometimes not, when searching systems does not find names that use lithuanian letters. None of encoding in browser helps to solve the problem.
