I am getting this error -

Forbidden 403-
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

when I am trying to reply to an email or when I try to delete multiple emails using the mass update tool.
And also in several other occasions.

I rebuilded the .htaccess file but, it was of no use.

My Sugar version: 4.5.1d and I have also attached the diagnosis report here. Can any one help me?

Hello,

From looking at your log file, there is no error reported in SugarCRM so it is probably a server config problem.

I'm just hazarding a guess, but maybe there is a time limit on the amount of time you can log in to the server? I think you can change this at the max_input_time variable in php.ini

Let me know if this helps to solve your problem.

Yes! This was a server configuration problem.

My host support fixed it easily for me.

They said it was a mod_security issues!
