    Default You must specify a valid username and password.

    hi, i have added some users to sugar crm but they cant access, that error is You must specify a valid username and password. I only can access from admin count, another count cant access, thanks

    I have same problem....
    by the way i checked the user table and password was same with admin and i can login with admin but not with other created user!!!!

    is user creation has problem with community !!!!

    pls help

    Hi,

    Is you sugar in Developer Mode or you can perform quick repair which is in the admin panel of you sugarcrm. i think this may help you

    thanks for your kind advice...

    for the issue, it is resolved

    for my case, i was marking the following option in user profile:
    Group User: This user will only be used for assigning items to a group via Inbound Email functionality. This user cannot login through the Sugar web interface.

    I just remove it and i can login with new users!

    thanks also, I had this same problem and now I figured it out!
