With Sugar 5.0, you have the option of running in "Compatibility Mode". If you're not familiar with this mode, it enables you to run code customizations implemented using pre-5.0 versions in the new 5.0 framework. It is designed to temporarily support complex code-level customizations when you do not have the time to immediately re-implement your code customizations in the native Release 5.0 framework.
