We would like to include Administrator training as part of the Global Developer Conference. In order to meet your needs, please let us know which of the following topics you most prefer:

A few things that come to my mind that would be helpful:

* Relationship map.

* Security and performance guidelines/best practices. Lots can be extracted from forums/wiki.

* Discussion on Employees vs. Users and regular Users vs. Portal Users. This comes up on a regular basis.

* Portal/Self-service.

* Entity linking. i.e. Which can components can I link to each other? For example, can I link a task to an account or vice-versa? Which have one-to-one versus one-to-many relationships? Why can't I link a contact to certain types of entities? There are certain limitations in the software today which we understand are there, but no clear reason as to why that limitation exists.
