Hi,
Has anybody looked at linking SugarCRM with a ticket/helpdesk system like Zendesk?
I realise Sugar has it's own 'cases' system built in but the features of Zendesk seem
impressive.
It would be nice to link the two, particularly the customer details/information side which Sugar has
lots of and Zendesk very little.
There is some info on their API here.

I don't know enough about REST etc to figure out if this would be possible?
