There is no built in way, but a simple script could accomplish this easily if you have the zip+4 database to check against.

Along the lines of Kenneth's comments, there are various online web services specifically designed for address correction and the like. (Usually paid-for)
If you have some programming expertise in-house, you should be able to leverage those services quite easily.
