I have installed ZuckerMail with my SugerCRM OS 4.0.0. installation and everyting seems OK but for a warning "Constant defined twice ....".

What is the workflow with ZuckerMail and a shared inbox?

What I would like is a team that service a shared inbox. I would like to be able to track the conversation with customers/contacts a la a news reader client. Is there a way to get statistics on how many email a certain person in the team has processed etc?

On other important thing is that I would like the "fetch email into shared inbox"-process to run as a cron/at job in the background, say every x min. How do you setup this? I have managed to setup schedulers and an AT job för Sugars inbound email solution but I have no clue of how to do this with ZuckerMail.
