Our Client in Fort Collins, CO has an opening for a PHP developer who has some CRM experience, preferably with SugarCRM. This is a contract opening that could see extension and the possibility to work on different projects in the future.

Description:
This Software Engineer will support the development and maintenance of the CRM System by adding features and fixing bugs. This person will be expected to be able to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects continuously.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Collaborate cross-functionally to determine the goals and requirements for various software applications, predominantly CRM
Work closely with CRM users (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to explore new ideas to further customer support and ensure they are utilizing the tools to their full potential
Continuously seek to improve the CRM tool with resolves changing Business/Customer initiatives for both regional and global support organizations
Contribute policies and procedures documentation as related to the CRM tools
Develop new functionality in our CRM application
Work to develop a strategy for creating, maintaining and improving a software environment
Mentor less experienced developers on the team


Requirements (but not limited to):

Experience with SugarCRM
3+ years of experience in a CRM environment
5+ years of development in PHP, Java or .NET
Strong PHP skills
Demonstrated commitment to delivering business value, quality and customer satisfaction
Solid understanding of software engineering principles using Agile
Demonstrated capability to deliver projects on scope, on schedule and on budget
