Sugar Setup - Paid

I'm looking for someone to finish my sugar setup on my server. I have a VPS (Apache, Centos, cPanel, WHM, SQL, PHP installed) and root access, so everything can be accessed and setup for SugarCRM.

I need the following completed:
- Permissions fixed up
- Upgrade to the latest version
- Setup cronjobs
- Ensure mailing is working correctly
- Ensure that bounces are working

This should be very quick and simple job for someone with SugarCRM and server experience.
