Wanted Shared Calendar month view

We would like a quote for a couple of calendar related changes

1) The ability to enter a date in the shared calendar that would take you directly to that day rather than going through next & previous buttons - the date entry would be via the standard sugar mini calendar

2) A year planner

This would show either an icon for each user or their initials with an overlib option on hover to show details & the ability to drill down
