I would love for our Sales guys to be able to select all the information about a contract (from the Account, Contact, Opportunities, Quote, and Product modules), push a button, and get a PDF with a properly formatted contract with all the information completed.
This would include the ability to define several "if/then" type of scenarios (i.e., some particular data or contract clauses are included or excluded based on the values/selections in 1 or more fields).
So I know I can use the Word plug-in to push some Account, Contact, and Opportunity data into a Word document. But my preference would be to produce a PDF, and the configuration of the contract will be dependent on data in more than just those 3 modules.
Is anyone aware of a any type of solution that can do some or all of this?
