    Default BPO using SugarCRM

    Hello,

I'm looking to build a SugarCRM installation for a data center that services 2 clients, Company A and Company B. My question is: what is the best way to represent these clients and their own customers, allowing the system operators to filter customers, products, quotes, etc. by company (A or B) ?

    Thanks in advance,
    Karim

    Hi Karim

Although it is possible to implement your needs into CE flavor it is suggested to consider the PRO flavor.
The PRO has by default the Teams module (which could represents the Companies) and Quotes, Products, Product Catalog and also the powerful Reports module.

    Hi André,

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure how Teams would be used to represent the companies, since teams are made up of system users. The companies I am referring to are actually customers of the BPO call center, and each company has its own customers that also need to be stored on the system. Sorry if that wasn't clear in my original post. I was thinking more in the line of Companies => Accounts and Customers => Member Accounts.
