I looked a bit around the forums and had trouble finding an answer for this, so I figured I'd just post.
My setup: I have an in-house sales team setting appointments over the phone for the outbound sales team to go meet with prospects.
What I'm trying to figure out how to do is view comprehensive statistics regarding how many calls the callers make an hour, how many of those calls were actual contacts, and how many contacts are made per appointment; that kind of thing.
I wasn't sure if there was a module available to do this, and it seems like a bit of a hassle to have the callers schedule the calls for the moment they called. Plus, even then I can't view comprehensive stats.
Any help or suggestions are much appreciated.
