I am trying to group leads by market, business type county etc. When I input there is no way to group the leads. Is there any way to create groups that customizes a drop down feature that can be used to call leads back from the master lead data base? I have seen this feature as a standard feature in other basic CM programs like Act. As I import leads it would be great if this data could carry through the other fields for marketing data and research. This feature helps me close the loop between Cm and CRM and be a big plus to the market for many industries.
