New to the forum, I am running Info@Hand CRM 6.1.1 and trying to work out a way for sales support staff to identify the custom products that we enter in the sales orders section by a particular vendor or product type (ie annuity licensing).
Basically, each time we create a quote or sales order, the product we classify as a custom product and manually input (copy/paste) the item description and manufacturer part number. I would like to further classify each line item by the vendor that the product is (ie. Cisco) and by the type of product it is (ie. Smartnet).
I cannot find anywhere in the Admin/Studio section where you can add extra fields to the custom product line item sub section?
The reason I want this functionality is so that we can do point in time reports on say the number of Cisco Smartnet's sold by querying the relevant fields.
Can anybody help?
