Dashboard limitation - howto?

Hi all!

The problem I have is that everyone who can see the dashboard can see the pipeline of f.ex. another colleague, even though his viewing rights are limited to his own opportunities.

Is there a way to limit this, so that each sales person can only see his own opportunities in the dashboard charts?
