Geographic Sales Call Planning

I am wondering if anyone has an idea how to or if there may be a module that allows a company to integrate any Geographic planning software.

We are looking for a Module that allows for sales zone management based on a city in a state or zip-code for each potential client/caller. We need to be able to manage sales "zones" the sales persons daily schedule and location of appointments. Most of the calls that come in are calls from clients needing an appointment. We have several sales persons who can meet them, however scheduling a sales person in an area would best be suited to see which of the 15 sales persons are in or around that area within the next week or so?

I see there are other CRM's that have I see these systems are called GIS module or plug ins. Has anyone considered this in Sugar?
