How to show ONLY user's leads?

I am new to Sugar and I am primarily using it for lead management for now.

What's kind of bugging me is that it seems that each user (sales rep) can see all of the leads in Sugar, even if they are not assigned to them.

How do I setup sugar to only allow each regular user to only see leads which have been assigned to them?

Create a security role under Admin > Role Management where the Leads module views are restricted to "owner," then add the users in question to that role.
