I have a prospective client, that maybe will aquiere a Sugar CRM from us.

My problem is that I have to:

1. Understand the work flow of such a system. Does anybody know how a work flow of an Insurance working? Unfortunately the client does not know how to explain to us...

2. The Client looking for a best practice case, and i have asked Sugar but not help. Does anybody have one that he can help us?
