    Default Lead vs. Contact in call scheduling

    Looking for some guidance

    Lead - is pimarily stored by first name and last name, and not the account
    Contact - has alot of the same information as the lead

    Yet, I can't add a lead to the schedule, so when I try to explain model to my sales guys, they say it makes it difficult to schedule the calls

    Why not add the ability to add leads to the scheduled calls (given that the primary lead info is first name and last name anyways?)

    Sorry, realised ive not made much sense, basically, I want to be able to aggregate all calls scheduled in the Schedule Call too for that particula day. So someone can open their dashboard, see all calls scheduled for that day.
    Is that possible with the CE edition?

    Yes it is possible. You need to customize the MyMeetings Dashlet to achieve this.
