Hi

I am knew to sugar. I have just recently purchased Sugar Professional On Demand, and have the the MS Outlook / Word Plugins.

My question is can you while in a client record write a a single letter to them?

Also (Q2): I have found the Mail Merge function, however, I am unable to get this working - I can not proceed past Stage 1 in the mail merge process.

I have checked Word and Logged into Sugar from MS Word, however, the Perform mail merge function is still greyed out

Can anyone offer this newbie any help or guidance?
