I'm very new to Sugar, and am studying the feasibility of adopting sugar.

There's one major obstacle for me,

we have a matrix organization within the sales division: regional sales manager and industry manager.

most sales rep are organized by regional line, such as sales rep -> regional sales manager -> sales director... it can be called "vertical" line.

but my problem is for Industry Manager, who is "horizontally" managing accounts within specific industry segment. the basic needs for Industry Manager are:
+ access accounts info falls into his/her industry segment,
+ import accounts/contacts/leads under the industry and assign them to regional sales team

we can also say that Industry Manager have similar "authority" as regional sales manager, but only limited to certain industry segment and be cross-region.

is there a way within Sugar to support such role as Industry Manager?
