Opportunity Report Link

When in the Opportunity tab, while the manual suggests that there should be a 'opportunity reports' link, it's missing from view. Any idea if this has something to do with admin setup or something else? Any idea how this may be resolved?

Individual reports are the modules missing in Open Source Version.
SugarCRM Open Source version does not have Products, Quotes and Reports. These are available in Commercial Version.
