    Default reassigning a fired sales person

    Hi there,

    We recently fired a sales guy and now want to re-assign all his leads, accoutns and opportunities to another person.

    We did a bulk update of the leads and accounts but the oppotunities still had the old guys details.

    Why would sugar crm keep all the opportunities with the fired sales guy given we had re-assigned the accounts and leads to a new sales person?

    Hello,

    what version of Sugar are you using? How did you reassign the leads? Did you use the mass update panel in each module? you should be able to search for all records assigned to the fired salesperson and reassign them to another user.

    Hi,

    If you are using PRO there is an option in the Admin -> User area to reassign records to another user.

    If you are using CE, look at this which will help http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/sugardevtools/

    Don't mean to jump in here but I have a simular issue. I am using pro and when I go to the admin reassign area I get to select the user and new user. What is missing is the modules and a submit button so I cannot reassign the work orders. Am I missing something
