Sales groups organisation

I'm deploying Sugar for my company with the following context:

• Several sales peoples grouped by country. Each vendor has to be able to manage accounts, calls, meetings and tasks for its country and only for it. Those vendors also have to be able to attribute tasks to a support departement.
• People from support department has to be able to accomplish tasks for every countries.
• One or more sales mangers has to be able to follow up the activites of one or more groups of vendors.

How can I organise it. Do I have to use a team module or is there any other solutions?

What version are you using CE, Pro or Ent?

Hi there

We are using Sugar CE and would like to add the feature of the Sales Teams. This means that a Sales Manager would be able to check the contacts, accounts, calls, sales... only of his/her Sales Rep within the same team.

Is there any way to create a "Sales Team" in SugarCE, and then customize a Role for sales managers where the objects they can list, edit, view... are the ones assigned only to the people of their team??

Hi there

Anyone can point me if I can find something already done to implement the team functionality as I have described it in SugarCRM CE 5.2.
I have found in SugarForge that there is an existing project that is called "CETeams" that limits the acess of the Objects depending of the team they belong to... but still dont know if you can use this module and set objects only accesible by user and manage the team leader to see all the Objects assigned to the user of his team.

Any idas will be very welcome!!
