I'm deploying Sugar for my company with the following context:
- Several sales peoples grouped by country. Each vendor has to be able to manage accounts, calls, meetings and tasks for its country and only for it. Those vendors also have to be able to attribute tasks to a support departement.
- People from support department has to be able to accomplish tasks for every countries.
- One or more sales mangers has to be able to follow up the activites of one or more groups of vendors.
How can I organise it. Do I have to use a team module or is there any other solutions?
