Sales Opportunity funnel by team member

ok, I have looked and tried but can't seem to get a sales funnel that shows opportunity amounts by sales team members.

I don't think you can do that. What I did was created an Opp. Pipeline for each member of the sales team.
Then, I had them use dashlets to select their report, and add their pipeline to their home page.

Greetings - I am going through the trial period right now. Based on what you are saying, then the VP of sales cannot see a single report that provides an overview of all opportunities, grouped by each sales agent?
