Default Is SugarCRM going to work for B2C Real Estate

I have been requested to provide a CRM implementation for our Real Estate sales agents., These staff will only work on a single real estate project selling, villas, town homes and condos. We do not need to integrate with a website.
My question is whether SugarCRM is the right application or is it too B2B oriented. I don't want to go through staff training to find that it is too cumbersome to use due to the issues with Accounts vs. Contacts and the need to create both.
We will probably do print and email advertising, realize leads, and turn those into contacts. It would be nice to be able to avoid having to create an account but from what I have read that is hard to avoid.
Has anyone been able to streamline Sugar to work for this situation?

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

We have worked on similar projects in the past (B2C). Moreover we have done a Sugar implementation for a real estate company primarily to manage the sales activities through the agents.

As you correctly pointed out creation of account is a must for creating oppurtunities which help you see your pipeline. For our case we had done some development to automatically create an account when a lead is converted into a contact.

Do mail us if you are willing to explore working with us and we can take it from there.

    Hi,

We would be interested in both a real estate application that is B2B and B2C- please keep us in mind for any possible solutions that you come up with. We are in the green building space that involves green homes and larger commercial projects.

    thank you,
    Jeff
