1 user - sync to multiple Outlook users

Hello


I have sugar professional, We have 3 usrers. I use outlook as a sync point to ultimately get my stuff from Sugar to Blackberry. If there was a way to get my sugar information directly to Blackberry (and no i don't mean in the Blackberry Web Browser, I mean directly into the BB native address book and calendar applications.) I would look at that. Perhaps Google?....

In the mean time here is my question:

We have contacts and accounts that are assigned to 1 specific user. We still, however would like ALL contacts sync to all users local Outlook. Is this possible?

You have to write logic hook to achieve this,
and yes obviously for old record you have to prepare script to repair.

Greg, yes this is possible.

You can use Riva to deliver transparent, server-side synchronization of Sugar address book and calendar data with any Exchange client -- e.g., Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Mac Mail, Entourage -- and BES will sync the data to the native BlackBerry address book and calendar applications.

We can also help you with your second request -- the ability to access all of the Sugar contacts in Outlook or on your BB. In fact, we can also sync all of the opportunities, cases, quotes and calendar items that you have visibility to in the CRM to Exchange (and therefore make them visible on all Exchange clients that support viewing emails in folders). This feature is currently in beta.
