Having suscessfully upgraded the Sugar install from 4.0.1a to 4.2.1b I have noticed some corruption in the administration module. The upgrade ran ok with no error messages produced.

When logged in as any user and trying to access the admin pages, some of the options are missing and some of the text is corrupted. Some screenshots to show what is missing,

Is there any way to rebuild the administration module to try and repair the menus?
