4.05.0d - Meetings: How to change acceptance state, how to show invited meetings

we're just starting to use sugarcrm open source version 4.5.0d (Build 1168) and we have two problems:

1. How do I change the acceptance state of a meeting (let's say I have accepted a meeting, but later on I would like to decline it for whatever reason)?

2. How do I get a list of meetings that I have been invited to (MyMeetings only shows the ones I have created or some specific person is assigned to)?

Answer to question 2: This is a bug in 4.5.0d. Fixed in 4.5.0e - but unfortunately another bug was introduced. Either wait for patch 4.5.0f or install patch E and the HotFix for Meetings/Calls.

thx, I installed 4.5.0f and question 2 is resolved. I have a "workaround" for question 1: use the email-notification-links.
