4.2.0d to 4.2.1 upgrade error message

I tried to perform the upgrade through the wizard which completed suceessfully and got the following error when running the application afterward.

Sugar CRM 4.2.1 Files May Only Be Used With A Sugar CRM 4.2.1 Database.

I tired Marrku's code through my PHP admin and it still won't run.


Any ideas???? I am a novice.....
