I've got all muddled with altering my account field layout - how can I reset these layouts to the way they were before I started playing with them?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

The best way I know of is to copy the EditView.html (or DetailView.html) from the fill install zip file over the one in your accounts module dirctory.Originally Posted by Abbacuss

Thanks for your reply, Kbrill. I've got the fields laid out correctly now, having worked out that editing them in place was the best route.
However, I have a problem with a couple of fields I created as text fields - they accept my text when entering new account information, but when I hit "save", the text disappears. Going back and editing the account, the text boxes are empty and I can re-enter the text, but once again it is not being saved.
Any idea what I've done wrong here?
Thanks in advance,
A
I had that problem with 4.2.1a as well. I fixed to the long, hard headed programmer way, but you might just have to run a 'Repair Database' from the admin screen. I think the problem was that the fields hadn't been created in the tables correctly.Originally Posted by Abbacuss
