4.5.0c: editing signature: Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object

Just did an upgrade to 4.5.0c, and now i can't edit my sigature anymore:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in .../public_html/crm/data/SugarBean.php on line 1439

Any suggestions, patches?
