4.5.0d My Calls not showing calls in which another user is invited

The My Calls dashlet in 4.5.0d appears to only list the calls that are assigned to me, rather than also including those calls in which I'm an invited user.

This worked in 4.2.1a. I didn't see any dashlet configuration to allow me to select those that are assigned to me as well as those that I'm listed as an invited user.

Just noted, too, that My Calls doesn't seem to have the "Accept/Decline" when invited to a call like before. How does a user accept a Call in which they have been added as a User.
