4.5.0h (Build 1239) can't delete Document

I have just installed a fresh version of 4.5.0h (Build 1239)

and the first thing I did was create a document with an image attached and Ican't delete the Document. When I try I get the following error

Query Failed: ::MySQL error 1065: Query was empty



I see some people have gotten this errorwhen do diffrent tasks then this and been told to change diffrent codes.

I was able to resolve this issue by chmoding my cache dir to 777 in my sugarcrm dir... even though this seems like a security issue over 775
