4.5.1 - Bug in Email?

Hi

when I save an email as draft and re-open it, "special chars" are html encoded. Example Email Text:

This is a "test".

After saving and re-opening it, the email text is:

This is a &quote;test&quote;.

If the email contains image or link tags the quotes in the tags are changed too - the layout of the email is broken. Do we have to change the (new) email security settings or is this a bug?

Same problem here as well

One will face the same problem if you try to add an image to your signature. Something parses every bit of information and replaces " or ' even within the brackets. Scary.
