Folks,
There are several behaviors of the Group Inbox that I simply do not understand. Among them:
1) Every time I click on the Group Inbox, the sort order of the emails in the inbox flips.
2) Even when I have associated an email with a CASE, the email remains tagged with "Quick Create" in the inbox
3) I do not know how to manage the Group inbox. If I assign emails to cases, and assign them to users, they remain in the Group Inbox. This inbox will get unmanageable. If I delete the emails, they delete from the Case Histories as well, so that won't work.
Guidance, please, O' wise Ones?
