4.5c Bug: custom checkbox does not show value (MS SQL SERVER)

A custom checkbox created in accounts defaults to checked regardless of value in DB. However it does save the value correctly. We are using MS sql server. Tested 4.5c with MySQL and it worked fine. unknown if other custom field types behave as bad. (text field works fine)

I would conclude that unless you are forced to use sql server ( as we are) stick to mysql until the sql server support gets more robust.

I am running Sugar 4.5d and have exactly the same issue with custom checkbox. I am also tied to SQL 2005 back end...
